Custom Orders & Deposits

A deposit is required to begin all custom orders. Please note that all deposits are non‑refundable, as they reserve your spot and cover the initial materials and preparation for your order. Your deposit will be applied toward the final balance of your custom piece.

After your deposit, your remaining balance is due before I begin creating your piece. I'm not able to start production until the order is paid in full. You’ll have 60 days to pay the remaining balance; after that window, the deposit is forfeited.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times for custom orders can vary based on my current workload. Average timeframe is 6-8 weeks though some orders may be completed sooner or take a bit longer. Orders will never exceed 5-month turnaround.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to me before purchasing so he can confirm whether the timeline is possible. Rush orders are available and begin at $100.

Every item we make is crafted by hand in our studio, one piece at a time. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike — each one is uniquely yours.
